"Heart is full" or I can't rejoin my partner

A boat (heart) holds two people. If it says it's full, the two spots are usually taken by you on your old account and your partner. You're most likely signed in on a different account now, for example:

• you used email and password before, but tapped Continue with Apple this time (or the other way round)
• you used a different email address (a typo, or a new phone with another Apple ID)

The fix: open settings, tap sign out, then sign back in exactly the way you did originally. Your boat, letters and hearts will be right there.
